We obtain this all of the above personal information directly from you, except for personal information that we receive from payment processing companies and address update services, as indicated above.
Third-Party Collection, Processing and Storage of your Credit Card Information
We use a third-party payment processor (currently Adyen) to process credit card transactions. Our third-party payment processor will utilize a process known as “tokenization” in order to securely process credit card transactions when you provide your credit card data to us. Tokenization is the replacement of sensitive data with a unique identifier that cannot be mathematically reversed. These tokens take the place of sensitive credit card data.
When you submit your credit card data to us for one-time purchases that data is immediately encrypted and transmitted directly to our third-party payment processor for storing, processing, and token generation.
Your credit card data is not stored or retained by us in any circumstance.
