Most people achieve desired results with Saint Jane formulas, but it is impossible to predict how your skin will respond. Please keep in mind that you may experience less or none of our product benefits, or experience other temporary effects such as redness, or irritation. Stop use immediately if this occurs, contact your dermatologist if the issue persists. As always, if you're unhappy with your items, please send us your order number, and we will initiate a return for your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and must be in new or lightly used condition. A $15 reprocessing fee will be deducted.
SHIPPING POLICY
SAINT JANE offers free shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping orders are processed within 3-5 business days and orders may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
Express shipments should arrive 2 business days after processing. All Express orders placed after 2 PM MST will ship the next business day. Any order placed over the weekend will ship out Monday.
